My company design and manufacture of annual output of 50000 tons of coffee production line delivery on March 18 and 20 for YunNan customers, on-site production and installation, is expected to begin in May to run at the end of the year.
So far, the production line for domestic production of the largest output in a single set of coffee production line.

On March 18 and 20, 2010, our company successfully delivered a 50,000-ton annual capacity coffee production line to a prominent coffee producer in Yunnan. This state-of-the-art production line, entirely designed and manufactured by our team, represents a significant milestone in China's coffee processing industry—it is currently the largest single-line coffee production system in domestic production, setting a new benchmark for efficiency, automation, and output scale.

Project Overview & Significance

Yunnan Province, which accounts for over 98% of China's coffee production, has long relied on imported equipment for high-capacity processing. To address this gap, our company developed this fully automated production line, tailored specifically for Yunnan’s unique coffee varieties (such as high-altitude Arabica beans). The coffee spray dryer system integrates green bean cleaning, roasting, extraction, concentration, drying, and packaging into a seamless workflow, ensuring consistent quality while maximizing throughput.

Key Features & Technological Advancements

1. Unmatched Production Capacity

   • With an annual output of 50,000 metric tons, this single-line system surpasses all existing domestic coffee production lines in scale, reducing the need for multiple parallel lines and lowering operational costs.

2. Smart Automation & AI Optimization

   • Coffee Production Line equipped with IoT-enabled sensors and AI-driven process control, the line dynamically adjusts roasting profiles, extraction parameters, and drying cycles to maintain optimal flavor and aroma retention.

   • Real-time quality monitoring minimizes waste and ensures compliance with international standards (e.g., SCA certification).

3. Sustainability & Energy Efficiency

   • Incorporates waste heat recovery and low-emission roasting technology, cutting energy consumption by 30% compared to conventional systems.

   • Water recycling mechanisms reduce usage by 40%, aligning with Yunnan’s ecological conservation goals.

4. Flexible Production Capabilities

   • Coffee Production Line compatible with both Arabica and Robusta beans, supporting diverse product formats (instant coffee, cold brew concentrate, ground coffee).

   • Modular design allows future expansion for specialty coffee processing (e.g., nitro cold brew, freeze-dried products).

Delivery & Installation Progress

• March 18–20, 2010: Core equipment delivered to the customer’s facility in Yunnan.

• May 2010: On-site assembly and commissioning began, with our engineers overseeing every phase to ensure precision.

• Target Completion: Full operational readiness expected by December 2010, enabling the customer to meet surging global demand ahead of the 2011 harvest season.

Industry Impact & Future Prospects

This coffee production line project not only enhances China’s self-reliance in coffee processing technology but also positions Yunnan as a competitive player in the premium coffee export market. By replacing imported machinery with domestically engineered solutions, we are helping local producers reduce costs and improve profitability.

Looking ahead, our company plans to replicate this model in other coffee-growing regions (e.g., Hainan, Fujian) and explore adaptations for tea and nut processing, further solidifying our leadership in agricultural industrialization solutions.

The successful delivery of this 50,000-ton coffee production line underscores our commitment to innovation and sustainable manufacturing. As the largest single-line system in China, it paves the way for smarter, greener, and more efficient food processing infrastructure—ushering in a new era for the industry.
